Baviera Golf Apartment for Rent in Costa del Sol, Malaga, Spain.

 
This new very well  furnished 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment completed in 2003 is close to  Torre Del Mar and  Caleta with it interesting fishing port and marina, walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. Caleta is situated about 35 minutes drive east of Malaga.

 


The development is situated around the Baviera golf course. The apartment sleeps 6 people in two twin bedrooms and the double bedded en suite master bedroom, all the rooms in the house have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.  There is also a full bathroom with shower.  The fully fitted kitchen has a  full cooker &  ceramic hob,  fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, iron and board, washing machine, a breakfast bar. There is a very well furnished spacious lounge and  dining area with satellite TV and DVD, music centre, from the lounge is the  west facing terrace, it  has tables  and chairs, B B Q, and a couple of sun beds,  from here there are lovely sea and mountain views. There is a lift to the apartment. There are tennis courts & a children’s play area. There is a lovely community swimming pool, is about 95 meters long with the depth from 6 inches to 2 meters deep, it is normally open from June to September and community gardens around the pool. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. 

The apartment is within walking distance of town with plenty of shops and restaurants. A welcome pack can be placed in the fridge, which will include milk, eggs, bread and water.

The nearest large town is Torre del Mar only 2 minutes drive with plenty of shops and cafes, also close by is a lovely modern shopping centre called El Ingenio with lovely shops & cafes. Nerja and Frigiliana one of the white village are only 15 minutes drive.

Baviera 18 hole Golf course completed in 2003, has golf driving range and also lessons can be arranged, there are no membership fees for this course. There is a nice club house and large terrace; there is a bar and restaurant, serving good food and tapas all day.
There is Torrequebrada Golf, Anoretta, Lauro, and Salabrena (about 75 min)
The owner has a 7 seater people carrier and is available for trips to the other golf courses and transfers to and from the airport.
